Route Editor For Msts Trains How To Exit ToWhy Why did they have to make everything so unintuitive and hard to use I cant even figure out how to exit to the main menu from the route editor. If there is a way to alleviate any of the problems Ive talked about, then I cant find it. And I know of a much better route creation tool: the one provided in Trainz Simulator 12. That one is incredibly easy to work with; you select something, you place it down. Theres a grid by default, and a toggleable secondary one for after youve painted the route. Why cant this editor be as easy Theres probably a few things Ive missed, and fixes for some of the stuff I have covered. Id just like to get this rant out there and see if anyone else has the same issues. I hope you enjoy the game, because its far more enjoyable and logical than its level editor. Either you have some very serious faults or bugs that prevent you from using it correctly - or you simply have not got used to it yet. It is véry easy to pIace static objects - yóu select them fróm a list, póint to where yóu want to pIace them and cIick the left mousé button. If its fácing the wrong wáy, all you havé to dó is click ón it to seIect it, then usé the gizmo tó align it correctIy. You can indeed use all of the assets of all of the routes, simply by selecting the Object Set Filter (Little blue cube with orange triangle on one side - middle left of the panel) then slecting as much or as little as you want from the drop down lists in the panel that opens up on the right side of the screen. You can have a grid by selecting the Grid or Tile Boundaries icons.
